I was living with my darling G.G (gorgeous grandma) who set me up with Bryce. The first time I met him was at his homecoming. G.G dragged me along even though I was dating someone else and told me I was going to marry this Bryce Clark since she was too old to do it! We went on a date about a month later, and went on lots and lots of "friend" dates from November to April...
Here I am with G.G. Bryce and I "just friends" going to a foam party after one of our many dates, with cousin Jamie and roomie Kellie! So, a year ago this week, Bryce and I held hands for the first time! Precious. My cousin Jamie who lived next door is a teacher and had a projector so we thought it would be the most ballinest idea EVA to have a movie night on the patio. We invited lots of friends and had yummy food. Well Bryce was sitting next to me on the couch and we totally held hands under the blanket! Ahhh! Him and his friend fell asleep on the patio and didn't leave till 4 a.m. What a fun night.
After that I guess we went out like every night, and had our first kiss that next week. Hot. He invited me to go to Lake Powell with his family. We had so much fun, and decided we wanted to have this much fun the rest of our lives! :)
Bryce did lots of sweet things for me while we were dating. One of which was asking his good friend Clyde if he would take us for a ride on his helicopter. It was a total surprise and I enjoyed every minute of it. I loved how Bryce was so thoughtful and loved doing sweet things for me.
This was the 4th of July. We went up to Pinetop and stayed at Bryce's buddies cabin.
Bryce, I love you so hard. I love remembering all of our fun times being "friends", how I slowly fell in love with everything about you as I got to know you better, the butterflies I got in my stomach when we went from friends to dating, and when I knew that you were the only person I wanted to spend forever with. You are the prince charming from my childhood dreams.
"You're my honey bunch, sugar plum, pumby-umby-umpkin, you're my sweety pie, youre my cuppy-cake, gumdrop, shnook-um-spook-um, the apple of my eye. And I love you so and I want ya to know that I'll always be right here and I love to sing sweet songs to you because you are so dear!"
